Help Galaxy Note PC Sync problem

I have purchased Galaxy Note
Can anybody tell me how to manage sms/calendar and other utilities from KIES directly while connected to the pc (Like NOKIA PC suite or OVI suite)
or is there any PC SUITE for the same other than KIES ?

I cannot get Kies to work either. I thought it was because I bought the Note from Hong Kong.
Where do I try Phone Explorer?

Try KIES Air. its pretty good.

I normally simply plug in my Note as a USB device and explore it.
