Help Galaxy Note2's S voice randomly not working

Hello I've been having this problem with S voice in Note 2 and wondering how to stop it:

Randomly when i turn on S voice before I can say anything it says 'I could not hear that, please speak it again' then deactivates. If I press the mic button it will keep giving me that message without even trying to listen to anything. It's basically stuck like this until i restart the phone or go to app manager and clear data. It's very annoying and I wish it just worked consistently. Anyone else have this issue?

i moved you to the note 2 forum.

have you tried and power off the phone wait 30 sec and reboot and see if that helps. or maybe go to your settings>apps>all>s voice>and wipe cache.
