Help Galaxy note3 menu & back key problem

Hi guys
I have a problem with my galaxy note3 n900t. My menu and back key is not working when i touch them with my fingers but they work whit the s pen! Anyone with the same problem or a solution?

That's the first time I've ever heard that happening to any galaxy phone

Have you tried power cycling it already?

no I didn't tryed it... i even rooted the phone in Hope it would fix the problem but it didn't... would it help?

If the reboot does not work go ahead and do a factory reset

Yesterday my peek air gesture feature wasn't working along with other small but important settings, it seemed the person who set up my phone when it was activated was not very knowledgeable.

She had my number flopped which in turn messed up the phone after my service was switched by ota

Moral of the story is reset always before root and never trust the wireless company to do the job right 😁

I know about the update.... the reset didnt helped i already tryed it
