Help Galaxy S 2 can't move apps

Hi,My brand new Galaxy S 2 doesn't allow apps to be moved to SD card. It said " failed to move application: not enough memory " The SD card is the 16gb why there's not enough memory I don't understand I used Apps2sd and Apps 2 SD both of them said the samething. Can some one help me to answer this?

Maybe the card isnt mounted. Go to menu-settings-sd and phone storage, and mount it if its not.

When you say it's "the 16gb one", do you mean the internal 16gb that the phone came with, that shows up as sdcard? If so, you can't put apps on that, only on an sd card that you slot in yourself (which appears as /sdcard/external_sd
