Galaxy S already outdated, Q4 here come dual core

So we just got our Vibrant, and guess what, in a couple months dual core will be here, and we know how fast time flys.

Honestly, with all this GPS crap going on, I didn't even get to enjoy my soon to be outdated phone.

Samsung will release a new dual core chip, and with graphics that are 5x that of what we have in our phone.

lol, I was stoked about the G2 about to come out and now I'm already second-guessing it for the myTouch HD and I haven't even preordered yet!

When does it end? :p

I think you should get the Vibrant, I don't see the point of G2 other than hspa+

btw I'm originally from Bay Area. I LOVE SF! No place in the US like northern cali.

It doesn't end... You should wait until early 2012 when the Samsung and HTC merge and release their new Bazinga! I stay awake nights dreaming of new, and upcoming mobile devices that will soon make mine obsolete... :p

Almost bought the Vibrant already but I would like a physical keyboard and the faster data connection will be really nice, especially for tethering.

The Bay Area is awesome, why did you leave? Oh, and.... HELLA! ;)

Bazinga? Big Bang Theory much? lol.

Yeah, that's exactly my point, you'll never buy anything if you wait for the newest and greatest. It's only getting faster and worse too.

Unless you REALLY need a keyboard and stock android, I'd say go with the Vibrant. Unless the MyTouch HD has screen technology comparable to SAMOLED and a true dual core processor, the Vibrant will still be the best all around choice on T-Mobile.

I really love the idea of the MyTouch HD!! I love that it has hard capacitive buttons! I love that it has the genius button for voice-to-text. It was so handy on the slide I had and the dragon dictation was so much more accurate than the dictation on the vibrant. I also really liked HTC sense! It will also be on the 4g speeds! And a front-facing camera! I'm really excited about it! I won't be getting anything new for who knows how long though. At least 2 years from now. Maybe by then they'll have the Mytouch HD 3 or something crazy LOL. Or maybe they'll have the Samsung Galaxy Z ;) I am glad technology is moving so fast so that I can get better and cooler things sooner LOL. I don't really care about the dual core thing- I don't really do any gaming. I also vote for better battery power FIRST ha. But I am really excited to see all of these new gadgets coming to the market :) I also know that a lot of people are only just now buying smartphones and they are still buying Motorolla Cliqs and G1s b/c they are cheaper. We'll still have a top of the line phone for the next year. The Iphone 4 may be out but people still highly value the Iphone 3GS. The Droid Incredible was released 4 months ago and people are still going in and buying those right and left. I don't think *most* people buy a new phone as soon as it is released. I think most people wait 2 years until their contracts are open to be renewed. And a lot of people don't even own smartphones yet at all. Yes, we definitely have an awesome phone and it will still be better than what most people have for a while! :)
