Help Galaxy S crush, how to restore app?

Hello,

I was playing a game called Nano Panda when the phone suddenly froze. No button was working so I removed the battery. However, all my progress in the game were lost.

Is there any way to restore the phone say 1 day before that? Or a way to get my saved data back?

The only way to do a restore is if you are rooted and made a nandroid backup. If you didnt, then there is no other way.
