Galaxy S2/Boost first week

Hi Forumm!!!

So, first week phone starts acting up. Randomly the power button will not work and the phone does not turn on. I have to then take the battery out and it will then turn on. As you can imagine even a couple times a day this is quite annoying! Def when trying to use in a rush.

Can this be apps I have downloaded or is this more of an interal phone problem.

I need advise as the store is independantly owned and I cannot return(which really really really gets me going..just a inconveient hassle!!!) they will only trouble shoot the phone. But you know when I get into a store the phone will be on its best behavior! I really just want my money back and go to best buy and or radio shack and buy a phone from a reliable source rather then these shady individual boost stores!! But noooooo

All in all i do not want to waste time sending the phone to manufacturer when it may be a issue I can resolve with someones help!

Will never deal with boost stores AGAIN but love my AnDrOiD!!

Hey there and welcome to android forums!

This sounds more like a hardware defect. I'd suggest getting it swapped out since you've only had it for a short amount of time.
