galaxy s2 cant display full screen photos?

Out of interest, does anyone know why the gs2 always has big border around
Its photos? Is it an aspect ratio thing? As phones from other manufacturers (even 4.3inch ones) seem able to do it. Its bloody annoying!

Yeah it's yet another annoyance with the gs2....along with the bugs, screen issues etc etc

4.3 inch screen and yet unless your zooming (and therefore cropping) you're still looking
At photos the size of the bloody iphone's!
