Help Galaxy S2 Lockscreen Shortcuts

I decided to change the 4 lock screen shortcuts on my Galaxy S2, and in the process, managed to lose one of them!

Having navigated to Setting -> Lock Screen -> Lock screen options -> Shortcuts, I made the fateful mistake of deleting one of the four shortcuts.
I was hoping to see the plus

I have never had the possibility to use more than 3 shortcuts on my lock screen. What's your Android version? Do you have a custom ROM?

No custom rom on here. I'm on 4.1.2 from the factory/telco. It came with four shortcuts on it. I guess I could factory reset it, but that would be a whole lot of effort for a shortcut.

Mine only allows 3.

I, too, am on JB 4.1.2

I have the same problem, but i fix it downgade at 2.6 from 4.03 and from 4.14.
Pls anounce me if you have found a solution having them back in upgraded softwere

Reset to factory defualts does the trick.
