Help galaxy s2 messaging super slow and phone installs shortcuts...

My messaging is super auper slow it takes about 20 seconds to.open then 20 mpre to choose a message then longer to type! Its so annoying! How can i fix it? I deleted old messages already, cleared tasks and ram. Thanks also my phone installs shortcuts on my home page that take me to web sites.
.how do i fix this?

Have you tried going to settings > applications, select the app and clear cache and data?

Whatever browser you are using, check in its settings and see if there is an option for adding shortcuts to the homescreen.
