Help galaxy s2 not getting emails after update

I just updated my Galaxy S2 Skyrocket with the new software, and now I am not getting any emails pushed to my phone. I tried to "sync all" in the settings part, but it will not sync. How do I now get my emails????:confused:
 
Go to Settings 》Application Manager 》All tab

Find your email app and tap it. Then tap "Clear Data".

Go to your homescreen, open the email app, and add your account back.
