Help Galaxy S2 randomly starting voice command?

Hey been having some real problems with my Galaxy S2 this morning. It's never happened before but when I woke up today I went to check out facebook and voice chat would just keep randomly popping up out of nowhere, without pressing the home button. I'd just be scrolling and it pop up, seems to happen when using other applications too. If I close it it'll pop up straight back up maybe twice then stay gone for a couple of minutes. Very briefly a car steering wheel pops up in the notification bar too, I managed to get a screenshot, trying to cancel driving mode does nothing. I've also not set up voice chat so when It opens all I get is the screen in the picture below, can anyone help stop this? Thanks.

Well known problem. See the thread I started. You need to clean out the mini usb port with cotton/alcohol. Do it properly (ie. remove the battery first). If that doesn't work then it needs to be replaced.
