When i try to Turn on my phone it wont turning on. when i plug usb to pc its showing Battery Cycle icon then Green man logo and then it goes black and its keep doing this Battery cycle->Green man->Turn off->Battery cycle->green man..... if its not plugged into pc its totally blackout.

I tried to HARD RESET by doing POWER BUTTON - VOLUME DOWN - HOME BUTTON or VOLUME UP - POWER BUTTON either wasnt working.

A factory reset is done by holding in Power, Home and volume up then using volume buttons to navigate to factory data reset then hit Home or Power (can't remember which) but first try "wipe cache partition" in the same way and see if that works. A factory reset will wipe all your data.
If none of this works you'll have to reflash the phone.
Good luck

I tried to navigate factory data it wont work. when i press home +power +volume up to hard reset nothing happens.
If i have to reflash my phone i should enter the Download mode with Power button+Volume down right? Its not working too.
Its only showing 2 images (battery cycle and greenman updater logo) when i plug my phone into pc using usb. if its not plugged into pc nothing shows just blackout

If download mode isn't working then you're basically hard bricked I'm afraid.
There are little cheap gadgets online called "USB Jigs" which can force a phone into download mode but no guarantee they'll work
PS it's Power, Home and volume Down for download mode
