Are you sure it was different backgrounds for all seven(7) screens/panels? I'm not sure if that is possible, even though I might be wrong. Maybe you had a background that moves when you skip to another screen, or have the "moveable background" feature enabled. I'm just guessing here, though. So don't quote me on that.
Anyway, there are a few carriers who have the Samsung Galaxy S2 - So I have linked all variants of your phone.
Samsung Galaxy S2 (AT&T) - Android Forums - (AT&T)
Samsung Galaxy S2 (T-Mobile) - Android Forums - (T-mobile)
Samsung Epic 4G Touch - Android Forums - (Sprint)

Just choose your device model from the list and check in to your device's area of support, where the other users of the same device might be able to assist you much better.
