Help Galaxy s3 connection issues

Hello,*I have been experiencing a lot of connection issues with my samsung galaxy s3.I am on rogers Canada LTE network.*I will be searching something gonna Google and the it will say '' authentication error ''*And when I am loading a website it will freeze and I will have to reload it.*This is all very annoying and it happens quite frequently.*I am on android 4.1I was told that android 4.2 will fix this issue but if so when will rogers be getting the Ota update for galaxy s3?Thanks!

The update should pop up soon enough when it reaches orange.
As for the connection issues try clearing cookies and chache if that doesent work try forcing an OTA update

"Forcing" an update is usualy done by clearing data and cache in the google framework system app.
Tbh, if i was you, id back up the phone as much as youre capeable of and factory reset it after 4.1.1
JB is quite a big update and loads of folk are having problems with it that are easily cured with a reset (IMO Samsung should have recommended or included factory reset in the update man)

I already have backed everything up and restored the phone with new software. That did not fix the issue and I have been told that 4.2 will fix this issue. Does anyone know a good estimate of when rogers will get the Ota update for the phone?

4.2 update is not out anywhere for the s3 afaik are u talking about 4.2 or 4.1.2?
