Galaxy S3 going into panic upload mode?

Could anyone shed some light on why my GSIII keeps going into Panic Upload Mode all by it's self?

The why is not so easy to determine. The fix for most is to reboot into recovery, wipe cache, wipe dalvik. If that fails, wipe data. If that fails use Odin and reload a stock ROM.
