Help Galaxy S3 Messaging Problem

Hi.

I'm new to Android after just making the move from iPhone! I've been using a brand new Galaxy S3 for 2 days now, and have started having an intermittent problem with the SMS app. Most of the time the messages go fine, however on three occasions today, when I send a message the spin wheel spins for a while and then I get a red exclamation mark to say that the message has not been sent. I resend the message and it gets marked as sent however I don't receive a delivery report. However if i copy the message and send it straight after I get delivered report on the new message.

I've just been told that both messages are getting delivered to the recipient. Hope i haven't confused you all, didn't know how to explain it!

Sorta the same thing here. I was just playing around with the messaging and sent myself a couple of test texts. Each time, I would click send and receive the text. I would then get a message saying that delivery failed (even though it didn't) and when I clicked to resend, the message went through normally. However, I ended up with double texts. It was almost like the text went through fine but whatever acknowledgment come back wasn't working. Weird stuff!
