Hello.
Today I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. But I am already having a problem. I noticed that the screen touch sometimes does not work. While trying to figure out the reason, I noticed it was happening because of charging. Screen touch does not work sometimes when I charge the phone, but not every time.
While installing an application (it was not being charged then), my screen was a bit weird. It was clicking itself? I wasn't touching but screen was shaking and clicking random stuff. This one only happened once though, maybe not a biggie.
While surfing the internet for solution , I have seen other people had similar problem with their phones so was wondering, is it a problem with a few devices, or is it a problem with most Samsung Galaxy S3 minis?
I was only having the problem sometimes until I installed some music in it. As soon as I did that, screen just froze. Tried to click for over 10 minutes, no luck so did a factory reset half an hour ago and didn't have the problem since but I'm not sure if it's been fixed. As I said, it only happens sometimes, not every time I plug in the charger. So if asked to reproduce the problem, I would probably not be able to if I went back to the store. I could only describe it with words.
I don't really know why this is happening. Should I go back to where I bought the phone and ask for a new one or refund? Or is the problem fixable?
Would like the opinion of someone who had this problem or is an expert in this field
Trying to be as clear as possible, but if I said anything confusing, please let me know and I will make everything clear.

EDIT: I just added the music back and screen is frozen again and this time it is not charging. I think I'll just go back to the store and try to sort it there
