Things Needed (As in my last 2 guides, google these! But for this i will provide)
Super One Click
(SuperOneClick - Free download and software reviews - CNET Download.com Google chome does not like this download)
S3 Mini Driver from Samsung
USB Debugging Enabled Device

Steps
1) Open Super One click
2) Click Root
3) If it asks to Download drivers, click yes
4) Enjoy Your new rooted S3 mini!!

Run as Administrator, if it keeps doing it, You are out of luck. Sorry
