Galaxy S3 news and more !!

as of 11:51pm PST they are no longer accepting entries into the contest.. Looks like we are getting closer to release date?
 
I think everyone has been told each day of the month by metro employees. Lol

I think it's safe to say that listening to metro is pointless now.

That is correct I'm not saying this week or next until I get final word after all October has 31 days sorry guys just have to wait

i understand some of these guys are excited but it's become amusing when someone says " HOLD THE PHONE, a guy at metro told me this Friday" as if it hasn't been said 20 times before. These guys are just making themselves angry. Lol. I know, I'm just being mean. But some of these guys complaining of how much it sucks and this and that, well if they would get off their ass and go to work instead of refreshing the metro site every 5 minutes, it might make the wait a little easier. Lol. I know, I'm being mean again. But I'm just trying to help alleviate the utter devastation and pain of waiting on a phone to release. :)

Regardless, i hope it comes soon enough so these people can go back to work and worry about real life problems.

I'm beginning to wonder if its on hold due to the recent merge. Hmmmm

Yeah this guys are lucky that metro for the first time ever annouced a phone saying that is coming they're should have been for the esteem which metro never announced

I've always been about a year late on getting phones so i wasn't around when the esteem dropped. I like to wait mainly for price but also for development. i had chances to buy the esteem when it dropped but i didn't cause the development was nonexistent. And once again with the gnex, in a year behind lol. But it's cool, I'm not a tech freak like some folks. It's still a phone at the end of the day. It is fun though :D
 
I went to my corporate store. I'm friends with a few of the guys that work there because i'm a regular customer of theirs. I even drop some info on new phones to them because most of the time they are clueless. But I still have fun with them because they are pretty cool. Anyways, I went this morning and I was able to see/play with the MetroPCS GSIII (white version) for a few seconds before more customers came. It's snappy i'll tell you that! It felt smooth in my hands. I wanted to just keep touching it but w/e. They told me it should be out anytime now because most of the time, they only get a few days notice/training with new phone releases. They did not confirm the price, but they did tell me "expect to drop $500 bucks on this baby either before or after taxes."

Because of the wait, I have to hold on to my money even longer. Problem is I'm trying to buy tickets to see MUSE so I'm in a spending dilemma :confused: hmm GS3, or MUSE hmm...

No brainer. Muse. The gs3 will still be there after the show. Muse only comes around so often.
 
What's funny is that if you were to replace the word "S3" or "phone" with the words "heroin" or "coke" within this entire thread, we would all seriously look like the most insane dope fiends ever witnessed. Lmao

is it possible for you to go back there and take a video of it and upload it to youtube??
