I'm trying to finish up any ongoing conversations I have so I can leave these damn posts. It's getting absolutely ridiculous in how people are acting. I understand a bunch of these people are proilly 16 year olds that dont know what real issues were if they hit them in face so I can understand that. I was 16 at one time too so I get it. I have to believe some of these people are actually getting as mad as they make their comments out to be so i just cant wrap my head around why someone would intentially put stress and aggravation upon themselves over a phone when NONE of it will make it get here any faster. Especially when you go on Ebay, buy 1 for $450-$500, walk into T mobile/ST/Simple and have already been using the phone for weeks.

Samsung Galaxy S3 price drops $100 Sunday only at Best Buy!


A release from Best Buy indicates that the retailer -- also not quite the big shot it used to be -- will be slashing $100 off the price of the Galaxy S3 for this Sunday, October 14, only.

Presuming that a hundred bones will be coming off the same prices Best Buy is now selling the Galaxy S3 for on its Web site, that means you can expect to pay just $100 to head home with a new GS3, so long as you also sign a contract with one of the big four U.S. carriers. :(

I walked into a BB yesterday, first time since my local one closed. They want 700+ to buy that sucker out right. Dumb shit like that is why they will either be completely out of business or an online only retailer within a couple of years. Amazon, Brandsmart, HHGregg and wal mart are slowly putting them out and i for one am perfectly fine with that. You can only over charge on all of your products for so long until you have no business at all. Usually where there's a BB there's also a wal mart nearby and people will just go to WM to but their tv and save hundreds at the same time.

So long best buy. Nice knowing you haha

HA! I just got back from WalMart and they want $650 to buy a T-Mobile SG3 outright, with no contract. The local T-Mobile store wants $550 for the same phone with no contract!! People are either suckers or don't bother to shop around if they pay more than the phone company wants for their phones.

Ooh yeah it's ridiculous what they are charging. It's backwards though. Seems like wal mart should have it cheaper and tmob should be high as giraffes ass. Whatever, ain't my money lol
 
Alright it's been discussed once before and seems many of you guys are confused about something and that is that there are two versions of the gs3 and a third on on it's way called the mini anyways our version is strictly the sch-r530 I believe the actual model was leaked through a corp's computer and the one TMobile and other carriers are getting are the I something anyways what difference do they have in specs? Im not sure I just think the gsm version is one model and the cdma version is another model but don't quote me I'll post the snapshot mike posted a month earlier.

Thanks for posting this reminder. It seems to me it's similar to the HTC Wildfire S, they have a GSM version of it, and a CDMA version of it.

Gsm is quad core 1gb ram. Cdma and lte versions are dual core 2gb ram. Only difference i know of off the top of my head.

what about t-mobile's version thats gsm but isnt quad core? i updated my post with all the different versions seems there are more than we thought lol including that quad core international version.

Edit: i would also like to announce since i havnt seen any1 discussing this that they are releasing the 64 gb version of the gs3 soon now which version or for which carrier i do not know and i highly doubt metro will be getting the 64 gb version of the sch-R530 so dont ask nor speculate please we have enough threads being posted based of speculations and rumors.

According to a Tech Support Rep I spoke to that is the release date.

Will try to confirm with another source-but everyone will probably have info now.

Who's getting one on day one?
 
I have this to say about all this.

I've mentioned I'm not yet a Metro customer, but a prospective one. I've enjoyed the heck out All these wishful threads. I have the liddliest of dawgs in the hunt as I should be getting a member heres Motion when they get their new S3 so yes, I HAVE been paying attention to The Date(sssssss).

Metro. Heads up. I promise you this. Never again will I get the least bit excited about the release of ANY new phone of yours until it's on your website for sale and people have them in their handS. And dates of speculation on future phones? I might pay attention if they're delivered to the earth on bolts of lightening. With video.

That being said, I'd still like to win one of those S3s if you'd be so kind. :D

you know a few of my local dealers have been saying the 17th because theres some sort of celebration event for them or something like that
 
hmmm 5 more days yet no1 has seen or heard about it through bright point....... this kind of reminds me about that pastor that made thousands believe the end of the world was happening march 25th lol all i gotta say is its best we dont discuss dates like they are 100% real facts i would type a disclaimer in one of the alreay opened threads discussing this and would put in big bold letters Possibillity for the 17th but dont quote me or else every1 will treat u like the boy that cried wolf....
