Help Galaxy S3 Play Store Problem

Every time I try to open my Google Play Store, it tells me I have no connection, even though I am positive I do. If anyone could tell me how to resolve this problem, please help. Thank you greatly.

When it happens, open a browser. Go to Google Play See if that has a connection. If it does, your Google Play app might have gotten corrupted. (Since it's a system app you'd have to be rooted to uninstall it, then replace it.)

If the browser doesn't go to Play, you don't have a connection.

Try clearing data in the play app or 'uninstall updates" if the option is there (in phone settings, apps, all, Google Play Store) :thumbup:
