Hi guys, just noticed by accident. when the phone is locked, if you press the "home" key it will take you straight to the unlock screen. then just swipe etc to unlock.
If you have S-Voice setup on the unlock screen,you can unlock the phone just by pressing this button a few times. (I disabled this as i didn't like that idea).
I find this easier as I always end up pressing the volume buttons when trying to unlock from the side.
I also installed Screen Off FX. this puts a widget on screen and locks the phone when touching it. I now don't use the side lock/unlock button at all. As I think it's bad design being opposite the volume rocker.
