The pricing is horrid. 99 on contract and perhaps 400 off would be okay, but it is pushing to the realm of S4 and HTC one.

Personally for me, I would fork up the bit more cash and get the S4.

Speaking of which, with how controlling Samsung is getting, they should team up with apple and form one huge conglomerate. It would be like a dysfunctional codependency marriage.

Yeah, $200 on contract for the X is sorta ridiculous. Eh, my S3 will easily get me through until the end of our contract (December) and then it'll be more a decision on whether to stick with Verizon.
Pup, congrats on the S3! Planning on rooting it? I'm not sure how much Touchwiz you'll be able to handle. :p
 
Pam's choice on where it gets rooted Bread. I hate skins myself, but she got along with Sense for two years, we'll see. TJ was pointing me to some tools. I'll check them out when I get the phone in hand and activated.
 
Afternoon folks! Its been a busy morning of work but I did manage to find time to order some new jewelry online. Can't wait till it gets here!

Where's K'lin? She seems to be our resident cook and I need an idea for a super quick, easy dip or appetizer that doesn't need a lot of time to prepare or sit. (Yes, its for tonight) I have one idea for a bacon ranch dip but its supposed to sit for an hour at least and I don't know that I'll have an hour

That bacon ranch one sounds like one Pam got off of Pinterest a month or so ago. It came out delicious and she just threw it together about a half an hour before the party.
