Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Not a whole lot here. Same stuff, different day. Getting excited about my big walk this weekend, and quite nervous. :)
How's things by you?
 
What do the weather forecasts say for this Saturday and Sunday? Are you going to walk both days?
How can I/we support you? :p

It's pouring here, has been for a couple of days now. More in one day than in a normal month.
Hubby dear and me are both off work this afternoon. Grilling a chicken and preparing baguette dough.

As of right now the weather is nice Saturday, possibly showers on Sunday. I'm just happy that 50

All of a sudden I'm stuck on this crappy mobile version of the site. Using the same browser I've been using (Opera Mini) and not having this problem on any other sites. I try to click the full site link at the bottom and nothing happens. I just cannot stand navigating this site without the "favorite forums" function. It's just too big. I don't see how you guys can stand using the apps. Even worse this mobile site is slower to load than the full site somehow. Anybody have any idea what's going on? If I have to use another browser just to force the desktop version for this one site I probably won't be on here near as much anymore. Any help?

They're working on it. At this point you have to force it to desktop mode with a user agent change. However one they work out the bugs, you should be able to change it on the site .

Thanks! Good to hear they're working on it. I'm surprised nobody else is complaining about it. I didn't even know we had a mobile version lol. I'm guessing this has something to do with why the site was down the other night. I wouldn't mind using a different browser so much, but my 3G is slow and Opera Mini helps speed things up. Thanks again for responding, I thought I was going crazy when I couldn't find anybody else talking about it.
 
I love abusing my authority for lulz. I called a safety meeting just to reenact R. Lee Emery in that opening scene of Full Metal Jacket. It was even better that they played along.

I use Chrome as my mobile browser and i have no problem with the sites app :confused:

Both. I am so unprepared but I am determined to do it all. I started packing last night. I have a 30lb limit on the bag I can put on the truck for overnight - which doesn't sound bad until you realize that is for the clothes for overnight and Sunday, the sleeping bag/pillow/mat and toiletries for showering. I'm a horrible packer. :)
