Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Hi, everyone!!

Wow, it has been a looooooong time since I've been on here. Nice to see the WH for the S3 is still alive and kicking. So what ROM are y'all on these days??

By the way, I'm an actual lieutenant now. (yikes!) I also have two new jobs that I like a lot more than the one I had last time I was on here.

So, ROM question aside, how is everyone doing????
 
Only thing scarier than a new lieutenant is a warrant officer showing you something "cool".

I was running carbon for awhile and moved on to liquid smooth.
 
Morning all :)

Sis downloaded some adware on her S3. Major battery drain and other issues. :(

I think I got most of it uninstalled, phone seems to be a bit better. The only other issue is she is out of space on the thing, like 5gb in "downloads" but nothing in the folder. Perhaps I should go snooping with root explorer and see what I can find to delete.

I suspect the lack of available storage may be causing a bit of slow down.

Right now she is using a Nexus 4 on the side.

Sunday is going to be awesome. I love how Carolina quietly built this defense. I don't like to see guys hurt but this 49ers fan was going on and on about how awesome Kap is, how mobile, and how he will just run all over us. I let him finish and said, "Bradford."
 
Ugh. Mom ended up with crapware installed on her Nexus 7 so had to clean it up.

She tried to install a free spreadsheet app because she thought it would be useful. Now she feels bad about this.

Mom and sis may be switching to ios. Ridiculous. Neither one is tech inclined ans when they do try to do things for themselves some jackhole puts crapware onto the playstore and they don't even notice until their devices start messing up.

At least with ios they should not have to worry as much and just focus on using their devices and not being so afraid to download something.

Sorry. Just a little angry at this.

Actually a bit tired of stock 4.3 on my G2. Going to flash CleanROM which is based on stock LG. Best part though, it's a friggin 1.5Gb download! :eek:
 
Hey ya! Friday is a funny day for me. I am off every friday, and busy celebrating well... friday :p
And now it's dark again, around dinner time (6 here now), you guys finally show up saying 'good morning' and TGIF :cool:
 
Easy dinner tonight: peppersteak, fried mini potatoes and fresh home made apple compote. It was yummy!

You got any plans for your day? Working, right?

Yup, work till 5:30 then out to dinner with the family. Then grocery shopping. Work again tomorrow then nothing else planned. I'm hoping to catch up on my tv shows.
 
Hubby Dear is fooling the kitty with a red laser dot. She ran around crazy. Screaming for it but it is gone :o
