I wouldn't use a pay site. Have you used one click root? We also have a root section in the GS3 section that would be more helpful than here.

Welcome to Android Forums pfcooper.:)

Sounds like you have most of the hard part behind you. I don't think you need to pay someone. I haven't rooted my wifes S3, but I have rooted other Android devices, and normally the trepidation you feel is the most difficult thing. The S3 is a hugely popular phone and has established, time tested methods for root and a ton of folks experienced in doing it.

I would check out the correct S3 All Things Root forum for your device (Samsung Galaxy S3 - Android Forums) or post you carrier of model number here and I'll get a better link for you. Once in the correct ATR section, fire up a thread and I'm sure there are plenty of folks willing to walk you through it and / or point you to a walk through guide.

Or just try Kingo I hear that the only things it doesn't root are trees.

The difficult part is downloading it - the server makes dead snails look fast (but I'm not complaining - this is great program).

Then (assuming you've installed the SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones you install Kingo, run it, plug your phone into the computer. When Kingo gives you the Root button you click it. When it gives you the Finish button, you click it. That's about it.

Oh, if you run it again, the Root button now says Unroot, and it'll unroot the phone (so don't uninstall it once you root the phone).

Is it too early to plant my tomatoes?

The weather here is all over the place. I was in shorts on Sunday & tonight there is a chance of snow. Cray Cray

So much for "global warming " :dalek:

What is really funny is that this year globally had been above average warm. Just not in the us I suppose....

We have been very lucky here as far as precipitation goes. When the precip shows up we linger around the freezing mark w/o going under, but when its clear its cold as all get out. Tonight has me a bit worried as there is a 40% chance of mixed stuff w/ a low of 25

Mmmmm, we had fresh local tomatoes, among other delicious produce while we were in Florida a couple weeks ago. Just about the ONE only reason I'd like to move to that state. :)
I was on vacation but had to take advantage of everything available and cooked every day. :D

Some fresh food sounds good right now. Bread, you always make me hungry. :D

Could be the Samsung Galaxy whatever Watering Hole thread.;)

So all the SII, SII, SIV, SV, Note, Note II, Note III, and someday Note IV folks could all have a place to hang out and talk vodka off topic stuff.
