Another apple lawsuit in the pipeline targeting jelly bean the nexus 7 and what lawsuit would be complete without Samsung as well.
 
Returns! But, I'm sure delivery is insane at the restaurant. We have some extra staff on hand to help out. DC is politics central so I'm sure most folks here are glued to their TVs (and Twitter here ;)).
 
I have avoided the networks and their affiliates like it's a plague. I just can't take it. I'll wake up in the morning and find out what happened.
 
So does my daughter. She weaseled a promise from my mother to be woken up when my mother goes to bed to be told who is in the lead. She loves all this political stuff.
 
Looks like Obama.

Not all votes are in but it seems to be over.

I will make no assertion about where I fall on the spectrum or who I voted for in this election. Not my place.

All I'll say is change (whether for better or worse) takes time, it's all good starting something, but if you can't see it through in four years, and have to hand over to someone else who might not proceed with the same ideology or passion then it could all be a big waste. At least with the same guy at the rains if the big plan does not work after two terms its unlikely to ever work, but also you could get that change done and more, possibly. I don't keep up with politics, let alone US politics, so I have non idea who's making what promises.

Well, since its now legal, marijuana is now legal in the state for recreational use.
 
now on to more pressing matters, breakfast!
