Never have I given notice in a note, come on , talk to me... let's have a conversation after 4 years of me understanding your situations, I walked in on Monday.... to a note!

No.... he posted the note on Thursday. I walked into it this morning. But, in medicine it is always good to get a, heads up. It takes someone 3 months to train for his position. It's just how he did it, before xmas that pissed me off. Just young is all.

They are hard to brick, actually... unless you flash a CDMA system to a GSM phone, or vice versa. Heard that had happened with the Toro (CDMA) / Tuna (GSM) Galaxy nexus.

You got a custom recovery right? I recommend TWRP

I am running CWM for a recovery.. Any issues with it? It was part of a toolkit for rooting an S3 I found on XDA...

You have not looked in the right places my friend! As usual, most of the "sales" and advertising are merely gimmicks - that way every year - but there have still been some gems that I have picked up this season, especially from Amazon.com, my new favorite!! Their lightning deals have had some true steals, like new CD albums for $5 w/free ship, GPS watches for over half off, new-ish disney movies for just $9 shipped in bluray + dvd combos, etc.

Ugh. Plastic coating on all the seats and it smelled like a mixture of BO, cigarette smoke, and urine. On top of that my swipe card didn't work to get me into my apartment building for some reason so I had to wake up the wife to come down and let me in. :o

Yeah it does seem as though Apple thinks they are the end all be all of phones, but we all know in reality, they aren't, but they sue everyone they can to make up for insecurities in their products.
