Hey who was it that recommended i watch Orphan Black? Tv Portal app has the 1st season so i watched the 1st episode yday. It is pretty good :)

So, an HTC One google phone vs S4 google phone. Interesting to see how this plays out. Real nice that HTC is trying to figure out a way to get early adopters AOSPed.

The moto x phone, meh, I am sure the hardware is going to be there, but what can moto really bring to the plate? The images so fare look like the nexus 4, albeit a bit smaller.

I am afraid by the time moto gets their device out, it will be the next bionic, a day (a half year) late and a dollar short.

What I am really interested in right now is:

The note 3
and the iPhone 5s / 6 (mostly out of curiosity, to see if Apple actually "innovates" their new phone with fingerprint scanner :rolleyes: though, I can totally see how this would work. Business mostly, but also theft deterrent (at least for a while)
 
Theres also rumours HTC will release an aosp rom for current HTC One users.. now thats cool.. wonder if samsung will follow suit if its true.
Also people are saying android 4.3 could include IR Blaster drivers because of these phones :)
I love watching iphone launches too. Think theyre gona have to have something special this year :)

Yup im hoping its the future. Samsung seem to have high hopes of creating their own eco system so i cant see them getting right into this but companies already close to aosp like Sony should jump on this trend. Us users have everything to gain from it if it is a trend :)

EDIT i agree with the comment under the story that "every android based phone should have a stock android option". In the developer options or something

I've said before all android skins should have a "kill switch" or self destruct so to speak where when you sign in it gives you the option of what to run
 
Yup and an option to uninstall it or dump it onto your pc or something to free up storage :)
One day these people will learn to listen to the geek :beer:

I had this cute lil sunflower plant in my yard. Today is destruction day. Or better yet: Assimilation Day :(
