Bought 9 lb Chuck roast on sale today. So, guess I better make a plan huh.

Oh no honey... seafood is a must! I have 2lbs of lump crab meat that needs my attention. But that's ok... I'm probably going to make crab cake sliders for tomorrow's football game.
