Help Galaxy S4 keeps crashing?

Someone please help me because I've just about had it with this phone. Every now and then my phone keeps crashing. Sometimes it crashes and turns on and works like normal, whereas others it will crash, turn back on, then restart again into an infinite crashing loop. The only way I can get it out of this is to remove the battery for a while. Don't know if my phones got a virus on but it shouldn't have. I've got both AVG and Lookout, plus I haven't downloaded anything that isn't off the play store. My other guess is to do with the memory/storage remaining on the phone. I've got the 16GB model I think (it says it says 9.25GB total space but I'm pretty sure the rest is took up by the OS) which has 732MB remaining and an 8GB Samsung MicroSDHC card which has 2.45GB remaining. I've got a 32GB SD card which I'm yet to use cause I can't keep some of my game saves, ect when I transfer over. Please help!??

1) You may have a corrupt operating system or hardware problem - we can't tell from here. The phone has to be looked at by a tech.

2) Apps are stored in internal storage - and 732MB free isd pushing it a bit. That could be causing a problem.

3) It doesn't matter how large an SD card you have. Very few apps can run from the SD card - it's main purpose is to store data - pictures, videos, music, documents, etc. An app has to be specifically written to run on the SD card, and more specifically written to store its data on the card - and few are.
