Help Galaxy s4 MMS problems

I am unable to receive picture text messages. All I receive is a gray out picture with a single orange triangle in the middle and the triangle has an exclamation point in it. I am assuming that it is an unsupported file. Any help would be appreciated

try calling your provider to remove and reinsert you into the network. If you're on T-Mo that's probably the Fix you need...

thanks for the info AT&T is my carrier and they tried that. I am now waiting for tier 2 to give it a shot in fixing the problem.
