Help Galaxy S4 Not Auto-Rotating

jordan5100

Newbie
I have a T-Mobile Cyanogenmod 12.1 device. I have updated my device ota with and it started to work again but soon after it just quit on me completely. My auto rotate is on, so any help will be appreciated.

-For clarification if this is needed, its actually a MetroPCS with the T-Mobile Cyanogenmod.

- UPDATE I downloaded sensorbox and noticed that most of my sensors are not working.

never had that problem, but what comes to mind is something on the order of the internal gyro that senses position.

When you use the phone as a "Compass" and it is scrambled, all you do is rotate the phone a few times in a Figure 8 pattern, over, and sideways, and rotate. About 3 times always works for me.

For you, that might fix your AutoRotation problem.
