So lets start at the start in April i got a brand new gs4 and i bought that phone 100 dollars down on a two year contract with extended warranty so now about 5 months later my phone is working good and i plug it in and come back to it about three hours later and i hit the home button and a green flash on the screen and nothing happens so i take a closer inspection and see a few hairline cracks on the lcd so i take it out of the otterbox commuter and the tempered glass screen protector both in perfect condition and the phone has no physical damage and i swear i have not dropped it sat on it or nothing it lives in my front pocket in loose jeans or shorts and when i charge it it sits on my wooden desk so now we come to most annoying part so the next i go to the vary reputable cell shop and they say you dont have extended warranty so they tell me a shop in the city where i take it and they try different screens on the phone and no worky so next day go back to the cell shop and they say by the way you had extended warranty and the people have went bankrupted that provide the warranty so ya going back tomorrow to talk to a manager about this bs and now the phone is currently going off to samsung so i will update once i get more info also i have a short video i took which i will link so all i ask is for your guys opinions on the issue of the phone and the other crap sorry if i came off edgy about the subject
