Help Galaxy Screens

Is it possible to get more than the stock 3 screens on the Galaxy without rooting? Just recently got the phone and not sure if going down the rooting path yet (at least until I'm comfortable I won't brick it) I'm still on Android 1.5 as I cannot upgrade to 1.6 through Samsung PC studio.

Search for AdvancedLauncher in the market, home replacement app.

ADW is not available for cupcake.. Search for "zeam"

try new launchers from market. many of them like "tag home" and "zeam" support more than three screens. Tried on 1.6 not sure whether they are available for 1.5 or not.

Back on 1.5 I used to use AHome Lite, it gives you extra screens without all the other nonsense.

The Lite version is 1.5 only, so I changed to Advanced Launcher when I went to 1.6. I'd recommend both (depending on OS).

I had no idea what ADW was, I kept seeing it pop up here and there... Went and hunted it down in the Market.

Wow. This is awesome. I am all kinds of happy again about my phone again!

And yeah, Saint? Go follow DaSchmarotzer's Guide to Updating to Galaxo and I guarantee you will not regret it. The sheer performance boost alone is worth it! And the likelihood of bricking your phone if you follow the instructions carefully is pretty much nil.
