Help Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 battery problems

Hi! I have been experiencing battery problems after updating from ICS to JB about 3 months ago. The problem is that it drains battery quicker than before and when I charge it about 30 minutes, it goes full battery very quick. Please help me because its very annoying! Thanks
