Help Galaxy Tab 2 won't show up on PC via USB.

Every time i connect my tablet to the computer it doesn't recognize it. In device manager it lists it as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with a error 43. I tried using Kies and downloading the latest drivers but it doesn't work. I'm not sure what else to do, any help would be appricated!
 
Code 43 is what u have. That is the 3.0 USB pop up you see informing you that the 3.0 isn't active . the only thing u can do is try to update the driver or uninstall it
 
Yes I have that with a few devices your running windows 7 or vista . correct .
Now the way I fixed this was to eject the device from device manager . that would also be known as removing all the drivers . when drivers are done removing themselves. Do a reboot .yes reboot the PC /laptop . let the laptop start up and ideal for about 8-10 minutes . and at that time plug up the device and allow the drivers to update and install all over again . at this time just leave device attached for about 10-20 minutes allowing the 2devices to communicate with each other . that should fix the code 43 . it did for me . for some reason the android drivers has done some updates that we can't see and the PC and laptops are pointing them out :eek::what:
