Hi, have never posted here but I'll do my best to explain my issue with my tablet
So first off, it's a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, Model : SM-T210R, now the problem with the tablet was it was getting stuck in boot screen, never starting, did a hard reset with the power and volume button, it worked and in the middle of setup, got an error message of "Unfortunately, setup wizard has stopped working" already did a factory reset 3 times and getting the same error on set up, after I get the message the tablet takes me to the home, only get a status bar and only able to access settings, plus the background is completely black, not sure which software version is the tablet on and about the tablet being rooted, I believe the previous owner had it rooted, since when I did the factory reset it asked if I would like to fix root, anyways, any type of help will be greatly appreciated

Sincerely
Adrian Rodriguez

Best bet is to boot into download mode and see if a firmware flash will fix things.

Thanks for the reply my friend, would you mind telling me how I could do that, I am pretty new to this, any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot!

You will need a PC to do this.

Install Samsung drivers.
Download the firmware from sammobile. If your in Canada use the firmware for Canada. If not then choose the cellular south firmware. Once it's downloaded you can continue. Download Odin as well.

Turn the tablet off, hold volume down, home and power. You'll see a warning screen, press volume up to continue.
It will say downloading don't turn off etc. Connect the tablet to the PC. Open Odin, choose AP, or PDA.
Select the firmware you downloaded, press start in Odin. It will take a few minutes and then say pass.

Once it says pass, you can disconnect the tablet and after a few minutes it will boot up.
