Galaxy Tab issues

HELP!! do not know if this is the correct place
HELP!! I have a GTAB and I am stuck in APX mode. I have downloaded all the files but my windows laptop, but my laptop is not seeing the usb connection. How do I get past this so that can continue on. Thanking all in advance Jaye

I am having other problems getting back to stock. It sounds like you are needing to install drivers to your computer so it will see the tab. Look for them in these forums. I wish I could be of more help. I hope this points you in the right direction.
