Help Galaxy Tab :need to change language to thai

hi friends,
i m new to android ....
i have a Galaxt Tab with Middle East language pack......
i need to change the language to thai(asian language pack)...

can anybody help me ...
the Tab is p1000 and version 2.23.....

i saw instruction in samfirmware.com

but my phone is new and in warranty , so is it compulsory to remove the battery ????
is there any other way ????

i got the file from Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: P1000DXJPC_OLBJPC_DXJPC.rar

it is a single file, select it as PDA and start
