hello folks.my galaxy tab p 1000 which i had left in limbo because of my ipad.i want to upgrade to gingerbread.as it is stuck at froyo.XXJK5, kernel version-2.6.32.9 root@sep-58 #1.As i connect it to kies it says.your device does not support updating via kies on my mac.now i wish to know as i had given it to freind why is that happening is it rooted or something.and how to rectify that problem.i have the 3g+wifi version bought when it was launched.
