Help Gallery Backup?

Since we don't have a SD card, is there a way to back up photos so that incase we happen to destroy the phone or had to do a hard reset we would still have it? Wasn't able to find a thread on something like this. Thanks guys!
 
Just move them over to your computer, I just keep a file folder on my desktop and back up every so often.
 
I just let them upload to G+. They are placed in a private folder, so they're not shared with anyone unless/until you share a particular picture. You can set it up to only upload when you're on WiFi (which would be really useful if you're not grandfathered in with unlimited data).

And, like ska.t73, I also sync them with my PC periodically.
 
Does anyone know what Google Photos does? It is an option under the Google sync, I don't know where the photos go though, that might be an option. However I only want to use it if it doesn't upload to a sharing site, I only share photos that I specificaly want to.
 
It's Picasa. The sync actually adds your Picasa photos to the gallery (doesn't download, just shows them). And the camera automatically uploads your pics to the Picasa folder that's associated with your G+ account- but it puts the pics in a folder that's viewable only by you until you choose to share the pics.

I find it really handy to have my Picasa albums so easily accessible- *especially* on my tablet, makes it really easy to show pics to people. And it's nice to have a backup of my pics to G+, even if they're low quality, in between actual phone backups.

I just tested it for the first time. I took a picture and it automatically uploaded to G+. Down at the bottom if you click options, you can select to download the full size picture. It seems normal to me. It is only a 400kb file though.
 
The Air Droid app allows you to export virtually anything and it zips em up too. I'm diggin taking tons of pics and just zipping them up and filing them away on the laptop HD.

There's a free version that requires you to open the app to sync, or a paid version for $3.99 that will monitor in the background.
 
FWIW, Eye-Fi doesn't need to be near a computer either. I have a card that I use direct mode to copy to my phone/tablet, but I can also use the app to upload the photos I take on my phone (or that I copy to my phone from the actual card) to my computer over mobile data or Wifi.
