Gallery error?

Do u have a SD card inserted in the device or cloud storage logged on with it checked as remembered user

When you signed into your account its the only box on the page to check. This keeps you signed into your account its the only way to keep running .

Uh..... OK. So if it's the only way to keep running then what choice do I have? Don't really understand what you're saying

Sometimes the box app may close up this maybe because of signal but if you have the box checked it leaves you logged on and all you need to do is
A. Provide a password to unlock it .
B. Leave as is and just download either to device or to box

Are you talking about the Motorola Gallery app on the Moto X?

Good question. Box and Gallery are two different things.

One of the earlier posts looked like it was addressing Box, which is a cloud service. I thought you might have been viewing your photos there. That being said, when you take a new photo, can you see it in the Gallery?

Oh everything is fine now like said in the OP. Just put this up in case it became a common problem. Never mentioned Box anything

This is what was throwing me off, not what you put up.

Opened my gallery and it said something like "no external memory".I rebooted phone and it's fine now.

I have had the same issue a few times, if you re-boot it goes away but it can be a PITA on occasion. I have never seen it posted anywhere that anyone else had had this issue. It is very confusing because the moto x does not have a micro SD, but it does show in the settings/storage that it has internal and external storage.

I have never found a "fix" for it but it is only spotty that it has happened and can be "fixed" temporarily with a re-boot. So longer story shorter, I feel your pain, I have nothing to contribute, if you find an answer please share.
:D
