Is there a way to create new folders in the gallery and save pics to that folder? Every pic I take winds up in the camera folder

Open your file manager, make a folder and move the desired pics into it.

I cant seem to figure out how to move pics out of the camera folder into a new folder

You need to initialize the media scanner. Plug into your computer, mount USB storage, then unmount it. There may be other ways to do it, but I don't know them yet.

Get the app quick pic, it's a great galley app, every time it loads it scans for media.

I noticed with quick pic app if you delete a pic off of quick pic it deletes the pic from the gallery. Is there a way to stop that?

If you delete the pic you delete it period. If you want to exclude it long press it the select exclude from the pop up menu and it won't show in quick pic anymore.

What happens if i delete the quick pic app does it also delete the pics from gallery?

Not if you uninstall
