Help gallery question

I just made the jump from my OG Droid to the Bionic. I dont really care for the gallery on the Bionic and prefer the setup of the OG Droid gallery with the folders. Is there anyway to make the Bionic gallery display like the Droid gallery?

I couldn't figure out how to change it, so I instead use the QuickPic app

Yep, I also switched to Quickpic and set it as my default gallery.

I have no clue why Moto decided that an established means of organization was a bad thing.

If you want the Gallery that the OG Droid has download Gallery 3D from the market. I don't like the stock gallery on the bionic either and afaik there's no way to change the default gallery as the camera links to the stock gallery. I am currently rooted and theory rom'd and the camera I have doesn't open up the gallery i have.

Can you tow read the first post I quoted and see if your camera will link to your new default gallery?

I actually switched to QuickPic back on my OG Droid because I hated the 3D Gallery and the Bionic gallery is even worse.

I haven't looked back since the switch.

+1 for QuickPic

Love it. Not sure why the Blur has the odd gallery?

The Blur gallery is suppose to tie in with the Social network thing. Not sure how Moto designed the gallery to work with all that Blur stuff. I personally don't like Blur so once I was able to get rid of Blur I did. I dunno why Moto decided that gathering all the photos in the phone and throwing them altogether in one pile was a good idea.
