Gallery was flaking out on me. Stopped working after i moved some files via Root Explorer. Lost the link to the pics it had. So i tried rebooting and forcing a rescan. Cleared the cache too, no dice. Figured i'd uninstall the gallery and reinstall it. I did that before and it worked. So i copied the current Gallery for 2.2.1 into my SD card download folder. THen i used Titanium Backup to remove the gallery.
Now i cannot install the gallery again. It keeps failing. **** FAIL! My own dumb fault. But still> How do i go about installing it again. It just fails. whether i try from the SD card or copying it into the \system\app directory and install from there. No matter what just fails.
And if i do get it installed agian how do i get the odex for it back?
edit: is there a command line format i could use to install it maybe. What is the code for Install a file, i know i would cd \system\app, but then what?
