Help Gallery Widget

Anyone know if you can select the folders which the gallery widget will show?
I have drop box thumb nails and album art which sucks.

also i have put about 5 films on my phone and because its the start of the film all the preview images are just black boxes and it doesnt say the file name unless you highlight it and use the menu! so awkward.
