Help Gallery won't refresh, pics just taken forever to load...

wierd issue with my triumph.
I have not changed anything.

When I take a photo, I can click the corner thumbnail and look at it.
used to happen instantly.

now it takes 20-30 seconds before it comes up.

also in my gallery a lot of photos have no preview, just a transparent square.

My first guess would be sd card, particularly if it's loaded with stuff or just old. I'd recommend trying a different card if possible to see if that fixes the issue. I personally prefer a class 6 or better.
