Help Galley not working for HTC desire

Hi, I am using an HTC desire and my gallery is not working. When I select an album from the gallery the phone is stuck and then I cant do anything other than pressing the home button. I did a 'factory reset' but no hope. Can anyone please advise?

Hey I am using HTC incredible S. As soon as i click on the gallery option, all other features of the camera (like flash) become disabled and the gallery doesnt open. Any ideas what to do?:confused:
